Information contained in the descriptions/depictions on suzannesjewelry.com is as accurate as possible. However, Suzanne’s Jewelry does not promise that descriptions/depictions are without error and some flexibility/artistic license may be included in product descriptions/depictions. For example, a bead described as “turquoise” generally refers to the color as opposed to the actual stone of origin. The same example would apply to the term “silver”. If you are not pleased with a product, you may return it per our return policy.
Items which are in stock will usually be shipped in 2-3 business days. Your credit card will be charged once your order is in production. Please allow 1 week for delivery from the time your card is processed. Orders will be processed during regular working days (M-F).
We use the United States Post Office as our preferred shipping carrier. The shipping charge covers shipping, handling, and supplies. Higher shipping costs apply for items shipped other than the standard shipping method i.e. if you want the item(s) delivered quickly for a special event, etc. Please ensure we are aware of all requests for expedited shipping.
Your privacy is very important to us. Suzanne’s Jewelry will never ask for or store your personal information unless we require it to provide you with a service you have requested.
We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer your personal information. This excludes trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or provided services to you so long as those parties agree to keep your information confidential and employ it only for the express purpose of enhancing our service to you or providing you with a service you have requested.
We want you to be a happy customer. If you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping charges, by following these simple steps:
You must ship your return to Suzanne’s Jewelry within 15 days of invoice date.
Your return must be in its original condition and may not be altered in any way.
If your purchase entitled you to free shipping on the total of your order, and your return(s)drop(s) the total of your order below the threshold that allowed for free shipping, we will charge you for the shipping cost of the original order
All sales are final on “sale” merchandise.
We do not offer merchandise exchanges. If the return complies with our guidelines, we will refund your purchase price. If you would like another item, please place a new order.
We will apply your refund to the original form of payment within 5 – 7 business days of receipt. You will be notified via email when the refund is applied. Your bank may require additional days to process and post the refund transaction to your account.
You are required to ship your return via a traceable shipping method such as UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post. Please be sure to keep the Return Tracking Number until you receive your refund. The cost of shipping on returns is not paid for by Suzanne’s Jewelry.

Incorrect or Defective Item:
If you received an incorrect or defective item, immediately contact Suzanne’s Jewelry. Please use our Return Form with the required information along with your returned item and state the specific defect or error prompting the return. Shipping charges will be refunded upon verification of defect or error on our part.

Intellectual Property Rights—
Suzanne’s Jewelry does not sell items manufactured or licensed by famous designers. Suzanne’s Jewelry is not a manufacturer; we are a reseller of quality jewelry at very reasonable prices. We respect the intellectual property rights of third parties. Even though some of the products sold on our site may be inspired by famous designers, they are not made, or sold to us, by famous designers.

Suzanne’s Jewelry sells some items for children, but children are not allowed to purchase items on Suzannesjewelry.com. Only persons 18 of age or older who have a credit card or other approved online payment method may make purchases on our site.
Suzanne’s Jewelry reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
Unless specifically noted, the price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price. When you purchase an item, you agree to that price. If any item goes on sale after you purchase it, Suzanne’s Jewelry is not obligated to refund the difference. We strive to routinely have low prices and, therefore, rarely place items on sale.

You may not copy or use any portion of our site, including but not limited to page layout or form, product listings, descriptions, graphics, images or text. You may not copy or download account information from our site for any reason whatsoever.
We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any of these conditions are determined to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, that condition shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining conditions.
Visitors may post reviews of individual products; post comments and other content, but the content must not be illegal, obscene, threatening, unduly defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious or objectionable. Suzanne’s Jewelry reserves the right to remove content we find objectionable on this forum.
Please contact me at 610-793-1061, if you are interested in purchasing items at wholesale pricing. Items are subject to availability and it may take up to a month to supply these items. There are many time-consuming components involved in this process before we actually receive the jewelry.
I will protect your store front retailing establishment and attempt to sell only to store fronts which are reasonable distances from each other.

Care of Pearls/ Silver—
Hairspray, perfume, body spray, make-up and lotions dull the pearl’s luster. Be aware of this as you prepare to dress placing your pearls on your body as your final task.
Store pearls in a soft cloth or bag separate from other hard jewelry like diamonds, gems, gold, or silver.
Avoid touching the pearls unnecessarily.
Do not wear pearls when you perspire such as doing housework or exercising.
Do not wear pearls when swimming; chlorine in pool water may damage them.
If you need to clean them, use a soft cloth and mineral water. When necessary, use a very mild cleanser such as baby shampoo.
Silver pendants (elephant, heart, etc.) on necklaces/bracelets will tarnish after a time. Use a silver polishing cloth for pendants and lightly rub it in order to reveal its shiny original state.
If customers can’t find it, it doesn’t exist. Clearly list and describe the services you offer. Also, be sure to showcase a premium service.
